Long Beach (Phra Ae)
The most popular beach and for good reason. Long, wide, swimmable. Good mix of restaurants and bars without being overwhelming. The default choice and a solid one.

Northernmost beach, closest to the pier. Shallow, calm water — perfect for kids. More resort-oriented. Walking distance to Saladan village for shopping and restaurants.

Kantiang Bay
A small curved bay in the south. Feels like a private beach. Home to Pimalai — one of Thailand's best resorts — but also budget bungalows on the hillside. The postcard Lanta.
