Our Story
Baht-Wise started with a simple frustration: every time we planned a trip to Thailand, we couldn't find reliable budget information. Most articles were outdated, vague ("Thailand is cheap!"), or clearly written by people who hadn't actually been there recently.
After 10+ years of traveling to Thailand — from backpacking in Khao San Road to working remotely in Chiang Mai — we decided to build the resource we wished existed: accurate, up-to-date budget information based on real trips.
